** Best Basic Leather Wrist Cuffs **
“Welcome to my parlor said the spider to the fly,” she said, smiling as she opened the door and ushered him in. She closed and locked the door, then calmly untied her belt, removed her robe and let it fall to the floor. Now only a black teddy and matching panties covered her bare skin. “Sit down! I have a surprise for you!”
“I can see that!” he replied, his eyes shining.
“No, silly, not what I’m wearing! Sit down!”
“Okay,” he answered, complying with her direction. “But then what’s the surprise? If it’s better than what you’re wearing I can hardly wait!”
“It’s these,” she said, removing two objects from beneath a pillow in the corner of the couch. “They’re black, to match my outfit. And they have little, red hearts on them, because, well, because I thought they were pretty and because I love you!”
“What are they?” he asked, puzzled.
“Here, let me show you.” She wrapped the first one around his wrist and began to fasten the buckle. “It goes like this. See? Isn’t it pretty? And the other one goes on this wrist.”
“What are you doing?” he asked as she took another object, this one gleaming silver, from beneath the cushion and reached around him, pulling his arms to his back. The cuffs locked together, securing his hands behind him. “Honey…”
“Shhh…” she said, putting a finger to his lips to shush him. “No more talk.”
Jake’s Thoughts: These wrist cuffs inspired the title of this blog. They’re my favorite piece of bondage equipment that we own, and Joy has worn them many times. The red hearts on black leather make them pretty and their rounded edges and soft interior allow them to be comfortable, but they also are strong enough to hold Joy when she is thrashing in the throes of passion. The steel o-rings are securely fastened to the cuffs, and make a solid connection point. There are few sites more lovely than Joy with her arms outstretched above her head, bound in these cuffs.
Despite frequent and enthusiastic use, they show no major wear. The black color appears to permeate the leather, as they don’t even have any scuff marks where it has worn off. The only feature these cuffs lack that I might like is a locking buckle, but that’s a small thing, as locking cuffs are usually not required. Other than that, these wrist cuffs have it all.
They are part of a matched set of cuffs, blindfold, collar and paddle, all of which we own. If you’re looking for a pair of leather wrist cuffs, especially if you’re a relative beginner at all this, I’d say you need look no further…
